He was knowledgeable of all the features of the truck I purchased and took the time to show them to me. Even after the sale was made and there was a spray in bed liner to be installed he stayed involved to be certain the last detail of the sale was completed. I was very impressed with the whole group at Stevens , finance, sales and service , they all work as a team communicating between departments to guide me through the sales process without a hitch. While waiting to drop off my truck for its bedliner installation I could not help but overhear how the service desk dealt with other customers , they took the time to explain in lay men’s terms the repairs needed and were not condescending. I am very pleased with my new truck, and after a long hiatus from owning a Ford I am happy to be back . I have finally forgiven Ford for my 1972 Pinto 🙃. Ford can be proud of the trucks they build and my dealership which represents them , Stevens, maintains the quality they worked so hard to achieve . I received the bait & switch tactic from a different ford dealership after being contacted by a sales consultant confirming the vehicle was on the lot ( car was sold the prior weekend). I reached out to Stevens to see what was available for the explorer ST. I met with a sales rep named Joseph Hudak, although Joseph is primarily there for Lincoln he made sure to take care of what I was looking for. I loved my new explorer and was heartbroken when I was t-boned and it was totaled. AJ in sales worked magic and was able to find me the same exact model I originally purchased!!! Additionally, even though my original vehicle was 6 months old with 5,000 miles, the replacement was fully covered by insurance, which tells me Stevens Ford doesn’t jack the prices up, which would result in customers losing thousands when they “drive it off the lot”!!! Thank you AJ and Stevens, for treating your customers the way customers should be treated, for being a pleasure to do business with, for your fair pricing, and for my beautiful Explorer(s)! Lastly, about the accident. I was t-boned in a 2025 Explorer and the vehicle was totaled. I walked away from the accident and went directly to buy another Explorer knowing that the vehicle kept me safe, when I could have been severely injured!!
